While Amos's canon doesn't deal with all the topics mentioned in this post, it's canon that Amos himself dealt with a lot of dark and sensitive things during his childhood, and as a result is quite a difficult character at times. Most of the things that are a part of his past (points 1 to 3 in the list) will probably not come up anyway, but he is known to sometimes blurt things out without thinking and I don't want to take anybody by surprise.
So I wanted to put together an opt-out in case you don't want to deal with him in general, and more particularly about any of the following content warnings:
1. Prostitution
2. Child prostitution
3. Child Abuse
4. Extreme violence (Amos is the kind of character to exert it on others to get what he wants/needs, with little remorse)
5. Murder
Additionally, if you'd like to avoid spoilers for the show, please let me know. I'm pulling Amos from the end of s2, and a lot has been going on. I don't want to spoil anyone who's looking to watch the show!

Mini-bio: Mechanic on the Rocinante. Small arms specialist; born and raised in Baltimore, on Earth, but has been a rock-hopper for 15 or so years. He does not like to talk about his childhood - prostitution and sex slavery was involved. Ambiguous sexuality, a lot of anger issues, turns to violence very easily - it is a solution for everything, after all. Hard to trust, but once he has your back, he'll have your back through it all. A grey moral compass - his crew comes first, and he isn't afraid of killing anyone that could be an obstacle to that, but he also does most things for what he considers to be the greater good.

Sex with this character: See above. Sex doesn't have much appeal to him in general and it won't be something he seeks.
